In October my brother competed in Broadway Bomb. Broadway Bomb is a longboarding race that takes place through out NYC. The race continues through Broadway, hence the name of the race... Mitch, my brother, was in the top 10 before he got hit by a cab... Nothing was broken, thanfully. He sucked it up and finished the race.

Last weekend my cousin Jack and his team competed in the Championships of his district, they won. Heres a shot of Jack and his teammates taking in their win after a tiring game. Jack scored FIVE touchdowns :) So proud!!

I like to take photo's in the homes of the people I take care of. They don't mind, so I snap away. I enjoy observing peoples lifestyles and the remains of their daily living, here are few photos from Andrew's home.

I'm lucky enough to live in a town with a majority of OLD people. Great items find their way to the thrift shop and today... was my lucky day :) Great pair of lamps, a vintage hair comb, vintage mens tie pen, a vintage halloween light up, a little donkey, a set of 6 political pens, and!! Two awesome piggy banks marked from 1968!

Ok, now this is one of those things that is so ugly! its cute!!

Well, I found this unique guy hanging out in the back of a shelf collectin' dust...

I think it used to have a lid but its pretty cool as a vase- put some flowers in it and voila!

The vase/pitcher is about 11" tall and about 4" wide (base).

We owe it to our children to be better stewards of the environment. The alternative? - a world without whales. It's too terrible to imagine.
